Effective Date: July 1, 2026 · Last Updated: July 1, 2026
Road-E ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Road-E is operated by Pettipas Marketing, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Kansas. By using Road-E, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect

- Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you register.
- Profile and artist information: Stage name, bio, genre, photo, social links, EPK content, and other details you choose to add.
- Booking and business data: Contacts, deal notes, contracts, calendar events, and messages you create or import within the platform.

- Support communications: Emails or messages you send to our support team.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within Road-E (e.g., searches performed, venues saved).
- Device and log data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and timestamps of requests. This information is used for security, debugging, and improving the service.
- Cookies and local storage: We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences (such as dark mode). See Section 5 for details.
Information from third parties
- Venue and event data: Venue records are enriched with data from Google Places and Ticketmaster. This information relates to businesses, not individuals.
- OAuth sign-in (if offered): If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us, subject to your settings with that provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Provide and improve the Road-E platform and its features
- Process subscription payments and send billing receipts
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing notifications)
- Send product updates and newsletters — you can unsubscribe at any time
- Respond to your support requests
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
- Analyze aggregate usage trends to improve the product (we use anonymized or aggregated data for this purpose)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train external AI or machine learning models without your explicit consent.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate Road-E, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (hosting and CDN), Resend (transactional email), and Google (venue data enrichment). These providers access only the data needed to perform their functions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Public profile content: If you publish an EPK or public profile, the information you choose to include will be visible to anyone with the link. You control what is published.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Road-E, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: If Road-E is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase and Vercel, which use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/HTTPS).
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password.
Server infrastructure may be located in the United States, Canada, or the European Union depending on provider configurations. By using Road-E, you consent to your data being processed in these locations.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Road-E uses the following types of storage:
- Authentication cookies: Required to keep you logged in. These are session or persistent cookies managed by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
- Preference storage: Browser local storage is used to remember preferences such as dark/light mode. No personal data is stored in local storage.
- Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use Google Analytics. Any analytics we use will not track you across other websites.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (particularly login) may not function correctly without them.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records).
